She is also really good about coming around a looking form- but not in an annoying way!!! Her classes are hard and challenging!! Definitely not basic!! Once you do Pilates for a long time it can feel like the same ole routine.

Voir tous les avisI went to a sound bath today, and honestly, the whole studio and vibe were just amazing. Everything was super well put together and really professional. I’ve done sound baths for years, but they had some instruments I’d never even heard before. Plus, all the little extras—like a cup of tea, essential oils, spiritual cards and a mini plant in individual mini vase as a gift (so cute ☺️)—were such a personal touch. I left feeling totally relaxed and super happy. Highly recommended class!
