Voir tous les avislove the instructor! loud and clear, loved the music and the tempo! very clean! they have clean towels to dry, the cold wet towels after. ear buds in case music is too loud for you. everyone cleans the bikes after. bikes are so user friendly and their shoes to borrow/rent are so cool too. they use boa like snowboard shoes!

I came in as a visitor who happened to be in the area for work, and was treated by the staff and the members of the class like I was a longtime member and one of them. What a great experience. Also the workout kicked my butt! I didn’t expect it to but I was sore for days after; like many group fitness classes, you get what you put into it but the entire experience was awesome and anytime I’m back in the area, I’ll be swinging by.

Their staff is so sweet, while giving us a tour a member working out gave told us our tour guide rocked, which says a lot about their customer service. I had another staff help me figure out a machine I was new to, he was nice enough to help me adjust the machine to my body size for better work outs. This place had just the things I need for my work outs and more! It’s very spacious with many rooms to be able to work out as a shy beginner! It’s perfect so far excited to continue here!
