She has such a keen eye for detail, and her feedback on my movements and positions was incredibly helpful. Monica didn’t just guide me through the exercises—she took the time to review and refine my form, ensuring I was doing everything correctly and safely. Her insights helped me understand my body better, and I felt so much more connected to each movement. The session left me feeling stronger, more aligned, and completely energized. The only suggestion would be to make it more clear where the class was, it was raining so heavily and it was quite a walk in the rain to the class without very clear signposts.

But I didn’t think of it as a bad thing, it was a nice flow. Mats could be cleaned a little better though but I appreciate the hands on adjustments a lot.
