She addressed people individually, made sure that everybody could follow along while giving options for everybody's individual level. I would highly recommend the class with her and I will certainly come back. Bluvana is very strict with the grip socks though, you have to bring them or buy them there. Also, the reformer was making some weird noises while using so I think it might not be the best quality. Overall very good experience though.
