The heat was comfortable that I could manage to flow throughout the class (was thinking okay so this isn’t as hot as in Jakarta! Voir tous les avisOutstanding 90-Min Vinyasa with a Truly Special Teacher I’ve been practicing yoga for over 20 years around the globe and, since last year, I’m also a 200-hour YTT-certified teacher (trained in Bali). This class was hands down one of the best I’ve ever attended. Taught by a kind and very knowledgeable young local Balinese woman in her nice private home, the session felt intimate and personal with only three students—almost like a private class. She began with a guided meditation and gentle stretching, then moved into a beautifully sequenced vinyasa flow. The class was accessible for beginners yet offered clear variations and advanced pose options for those wanting a deeper practice. The cool-down was soothing, and the session ended with a sound bath using wooden percussion that sounded like water flowing down the mountains, along with resonant singing bowls. Her calm, detailed voice guided us throughout. I highly recommend this class to anyone and would definitely return when I’m in the area.
