Voir tous les avisThis class really hit the spot. The instructor asked each of us which body parts we wanted to work on before class. I felt so relaxed and like I got some great stretching in. I would definitely take this class again. Not to mention the studio is beautiful.

Voir tous les avisReally comforting space. Beautiful practice. Used to holding poses a bit longer in restorative but I'd done some heavy working out that day so the all over stretching was good.
