She even cued a new move that I had never tried in my 47 previous classes! I loved her positive self talk, and her energy. Can’t wait to take her again.

Her rhythm in guiding the class helped me personally stay present and connected to my breath and body. Highly recommend! 🧘♀️

The space is fantastic, with the open turf arena and plenty of room for the class stations. The workout was challenging, music was great, and Jen took the time to help me with exercises that I wasn’t familiar with. I’ll definitely go back!
