    Ok Oxy’s workout is perfect for Sundays. Especially if you were going hard all week. Her exercises challenge you just enough and the atmosphere of her class is very relaxed. She has an existing group of friendly non poc women who make the exercises fun. I can’t wait to go back to see them.
