I love barre and find it most valuable as someone with hip and back issues when I can move slow and intentionally. This class is perfect for that. I feel challenged but not rushed and can work on my form and balance. I found the format fantastic and felt so incredibly refreshed at the end of the class.

The teacher has an incredible energy, the classes was not squeezed to fit the usual 1h and the rythm was following the respiration, not rushed.
