I would say this is a more intermediate/ advanced class because I’ve never been to Pilates before. You can modify almost all the exercises but I’ve never been in a warm room like that exercising so I got nauseous towards the end😅

Always love Anne’s flows & she surprised us with a live performance of Jolene on her ukulele at the end of class in honor of Dolly Parton, it was beautiful!
