Voir tous les avisSo good! The movements were tough at times but Lisa's guidance made the flow feel smooth. Every movement felt meaningful and I could feel the impact on my body. I really enjoyed how alternative poses were given to help complete movements successfully. Lisa also came around to help adjust poses or help us really get in a deeper stretch. The space is clean and spacious, the staff are also friendly and helpful. I look forward to coming back!
