Offers modifications and makes you feel comfortable taking them or going at your own pace. Is very engaged during class: asks how everyone is doing, walks around and helps people. Voir tous les avisNicole was amazing! I definitely felt welcomed and the studio itself is so clean and feels safe. There are no lockers but they do have cubbies for your things. They offer a variety of amenities to maintain cleanliness and comfort. You can definitely tell it is woman owed and operated and I absolutely love it! The signature barre class is great for beginners (like me) and I definitely felt challenged and but still was able to keep up. I will definitely be back!

I attended a 5am lift class expecting a low turnout given the time - surprise - a decent sized group of women ready to sweat early in the morning. Daizsha’s leadership was appreciated! She kept the class lively and was attentive to assist individuals with form and posture. There are more events on the horizon - hikes, yoga, and fitness classes - I was encouraged to sign up for. It’s a very welcoming environment. Perfect for a beginner or intermediate - I felt so supported and encouraged. Definitely a safe space for women to get strong and build community. I am going to be going to this gym whenever I’m in the Vacaville area. Thanks Daizsha!!

To get to the cheer class, you walk down toward the green turf and you’ll see doors on the far right to the room where class is held. I saw a bunch of people getting lost. Women’s locker room is downstairs. Anyway, this class is definitely a challenge. You work up a sweat with all the cardio. It’s quite fun and Keiko is a very upbeat teacher. It’s follow-along style, so if you wanted a guided lesson with techniques explained, this is not the class for you. I am a fast learner so I enjoyed it

Morgan’s workout was GREAT & the music was great as well. It’s hard to find a studio with music that I like, but I really enjoyed the music selection. Be prepared to SWEAT! I’ll definitely be back!

When I took a barre three classes a few years ago, and I found them to be excessively repetitious on specific movements and not enough guidance on posture and form. However, this specific class with Ren is completely different from that experience. She is a skillful and positive minded teacher. She continuously gives comments supporting students on making modifications and taking breaks as needed, while continuing to keep an update beat and challenging routine. In particular, I loved, a variation on bridging that was very skillful in addressing lower back issues, which I have. I had an opportunity to give her that positive feedback directly. Also, the entire bar three signature routine was dynamic. Some Pilates moves and functional moves as well as strength training and some fun cardio. It is a class that I will do again with this teacher.

Highly recommend though the studio is really tight and people are over each other unlike their beautiful sunset studio which closed. Voir tous les avisThe class was intense but very doable for beginners! We used a thin band and small weights (both are provided) with lots of reps. There was core work in the second half. I enjoyed the team’s connection as the instructor, Sarah, checked in with everyone. Several class participants and staff as well were helpful and welcomed me. There was a brief stretch at the end which I wish was longer but they do small stretches throughout the class too. I really enjoyed this workout and would love to come back!

The instructor ensured throughout the class that I was okay and doing the movement correctly, which I appreciate. I grew up dancing so it reminded me of those days in a way and oooof my muscles def were worked out and was shakey :) I loved that they have merch that they sell in the front in which they have a good selection of grip socks. I do want to add if you’re not from the area, the google directions is a bit wonky and made me go in circles. The studio is in the plaza and tucked away in the back side.

It’s a tough workout but I like how it’s not hard in your joints. I definitely recommend adding this to your workout routine. Gets every muscle and some I didn’t know I had. Kristy is an amazing instructor and super helpful on giving a range of options to meet all fitness level needs. Highly recommend to add to your mix!

I still think this pure barre studio is greedy in terms of their pricing, they charge just as much as a Barry’s class, however there are absolutely zero amenities. A bit shameful if you ask me!

The teacher/coach, Jill, was the owner (which I didn’t know) and absolutely amazing with her timely, succinct, and expert instruction. I found so many immediate benefits from doing the exercises as she lead class. Really truly wonderful first experience. The members were nice and friendly and the atmosphere was really nice with candlelight. Wasn’t sure what to expect but loved this class and plan to incorporate it into my routine.
