They never asked me to turn over during the 60 minute massage part — I guess because I had so many knots in my back and shoulders? Not sure, but that was the first time that’s happened here. They had also accidentally put product in my eyes during the facial, and when I told them, they wiped it away. The dermabrasion is the most valuable part of the facial, and they barely used it / didn’t cover the entire face. Aside from that, I still enjoyed the massage and the masseuse was great. However, the other staff were extremely noisy during the appointment which made it hard to relax. I understand they had just opened, but it definitely impacted the experience.
