Rikki was so kind and really took her time to explain everything she was doing and how it would help my skin. He has an exceptional background as a stylist which made me feel confident in trying him for the first time (before I moved from Southern California, I had been going to my previous stylist for 15 years). He listened and cut exactly what I asked for. He also added his touch to it so my cut is unique and artsy which I like. He was also gracious and a pleasure to get to know! Over all a great experience and so will be going back!

There was a consultation at the begging of the appt, then a shampoo and conditioner wash, followed by a cut with wet hair, blow dry, dry cut, and then a roller add in with a dry heat at the end for a style plus. She truly took her time and my hair is healthier than ever! Really loved that she took the time to put rollers in my hair and blow dry it out! I have very long hair so I've learned to always say I want less cut off than I really do for a trim so when I did he showed me exactly where that would be and cut the exact amount I asked for, not more like other stylist I've seen. He was very friendly, talented, and communicated everything well before and during the appointment. I will be returning to him for my future hair needs. He also does waxing and makeup so I may be visiting him sooner for those services.

I don’t know what happened with my appointment. They seemed a little bit confused when I came in and ended up squeezing me in. I never saw Britney who I later realized us who my appointment was with. Some better communication from class pass would have been nice but the salon it’s self provides good services.
