Rikki was so kind and really took her time to explain everything she was doing and how it would help my skin. He has an exceptional background as a stylist which made me feel confident in trying him for the first time (before I moved from Southern California, I had been going to my previous stylist for 15 years). He listened and cut exactly what I asked for. He also added his touch to it so my cut is unique and artsy which I like. He was also gracious and a pleasure to get to know! Over all a great experience and so will be going back!

I have very long hair so I've learned to always say I want less cut off than I really do for a trim so when I did he showed me exactly where that would be and cut the exact amount I asked for, not more like other stylist I've seen. He was very friendly, talented, and communicated everything well before and during the appointment. I will be returning to him for my future hair needs. He also does waxing and makeup so I may be visiting him sooner for those services.

I don’t know what happened with my appointment. They seemed a little bit confused when I came in and ended up squeezing me in. I never saw Britney who I later realized us who my appointment was with. Some better communication from class pass would have been nice but the salon it’s self provides good services.
