Despite the chaos, both of the women were so lovely to me, and the nail artist is so talented. I showed her one info picture and she got it exactly the way I wanted it. I’ve never been to a nail salon that can do such intricate design for an affordable price. I highly highly recommend going here. I think it’s a hidden gem.

My pedicure was so relaxing, and she created the cutest little flower design on my toes that makes me smile every time I look down. I also got a simple manicure with that clean “soap nail” look, and I couldn’t believe the transformation. My hands were in rough shape before, and she made them look fresh and polished again. And the extra treat? Their massage chairs are incredible. Helen even let me stay in one while my manicure cured, which felt like a mini spa vacation tucked into my day. Such a lovely experience from start to finish. I’ll definitely be back!

And you actually get a little more with the basic pedicure compared to other places like a hot towel and a scrub. I would absolutely go here for a non classpass appointment the next chance I have!

However, I would dock down 0.25 stars if I could for this particular appointment due to the miscommunication that I think could have been avoided if front desk was more prompt. I had to pay extra because I didn’t double check the pedicure service I actually booked and accidentally told the technician I booked a more expensive tier. The technician (and I) wasn’t made aware of the mistake until too late, when front desk person informed the technician after ten minutes into the session. Just make sure you know what the equivalent service is on their menu!

We started with hot soak followed by a quick lower leg and foot exfoliation, then cuticle work and a foot scrub. After the prep was complete, she went in with gel prep and paint. Lastly was moisturizer and quick massage then a hot towel wrap. Everything was finished up in about 45 minutes. I’ll definitely be coming again! I heard them on the phone asking someone else to come in an hour early. You check in on their tablet. They sat me down right away and showed me the color book.
