Voir tous les avisA good class- and it felt like a decent workout -although I’m new to these things l. but they really do need to figure out a way to welcome you for your first time at GOAT and to show new people around! Literally say “hello” - to people when they arrive at your class for the first time! Let folks know where the equipment is, what to use and how to check-in! Ask about injuries …. There’s obviously a community there and it seems to be a well appreciated local asset -so that’s great- but honestly welcoming people in the first time/just acknowledging their existence when they visit would make a real difference- rather than just completely ignoring them and letting them figure everything out by themselves!

This class happens in studio B a few doors down from the karate studio that you see when you enter the plaza. The owners & staff are so kind and made me feel really welcomed and gave me a mini tour. My instructor/trainer was AJ and he did a fantastic job of explaining the exercises and circuits. The class size wasn’t too big so the instructor was able to give me really specific feedback (like correct form) to help me get the most out of the workout - super grateful for this! I highly recommend and I will definitely be back!!
