Voir tous les avisKevin is so sweet! It’s an intimate class setting which is honestly nice if you are getting into a workout routine for the first time or get intimidated by large classes or gym settings. He has so much energy and is encouraging during the classes. Will be back for sure :)

Voir tous les avisExactly as described. It is lit pilates! a dark room with some flashing LED lighting, great music selections, and a great instructor. I am a beginner level in pilates the instructor was always able to provide intermediate options as well as walk around helping everyone with their posture. I would definitely recommend this class and will be back again soon.
