Voir tous les avisI wouldn’t call myself the biggest fan of cardio, but this class was actually fun the whole 45 min. Every station goes by quickly enough that you don’t burn out and it leaves you wanting more. It’s a great sweat and strength class inside a great studio.

I arrived 20 minutes earlier and had a thorough walk through from Piper on expectations. She also kept an eye on me as a fist timer to assure I was staying on course and received the help I needed. Honestly loved every bit of it. I was able to improvise the movements my body wasn't yet ready for and received the motivation I needed. I will be returning.
