Despite this, the instructor managed to teach an amazing class while also giving me the one-on-one corrections I needed to use the equipment. I will definitely be back, thanks to Melissa’s help that made my first pilates experience accessible and fun. I will be back for sure!

Voir tous les avisI was intimidated walking in because I’d never done a F45 workout before. This was a really great experience. The coaches were very welcoming and explained how everything worked. There were modifications for every exercise and when I didn’t have the right posture, they came over and corrected me in a supportive and not invasive way! My biggest tip would be to get there early (10-15 min) so you can meet the coach and check out the space. Highly recommend F45!

I feel very supported by Gyan also because he cares about correct form and has no problem coaching you through a movement if he can tell you’re off.

I love pound, it’s such a great cardio workout that has you going so so many squats and lunges without thinking about it too much (you feel it later) also the fact that you get to hit things as hard as you like without going to jail is a nice bonus… lol
