This is the kind of class you could potentially do something wrong and hurt yourself but she made sure to walk around the room and checked that everybody stayed safe. The stretches were deep and intense, and even though I am sore today I know I will feel grateful in a couple of days! This class provides great relief and it is also a great moment to check in where your body is at and bring some awareness. Will book again ❤️

Voir tous les avisI’ve had shoulder pain for almost 3 years. During that period, I’ve tried multiple times physiotherapy, all sorts of massages and acupuncture ub the area but nothing really last. My appointment was a week and a half ago and i have to say its the time that the relieve has lasted the most. The pain is almost gone, I would say 90% gone. I am definitely coming back to eliminate the remaining 10%
