I’ve never really enjoyed massages that much and this is an incredible alternative where I got to identify problem areas in my flexibility, got a great whole body stretch, and also got suggestions on how to improve my workouts based on my mobility. My stretchologist was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything he was doing to create a calm and kind atmosphere!

Irina was very informational and knowledgeable. The Organic Ayurvedic Facial started with steam, and then we did extraction, fruit mask, aloe vera, oxygen, microcurrent, and herbal masks. She applied 7-10 different things. Since my clogs are pretty clogged and I have sensitive skin, extractions hurt but you can ask to skip it. You'll be requested to change into a body wrap.
