Voir tous les avisIncredible class today. This gym is truly transformational. On a side note, I think if you're signing up for a class that has yoga components - you should intentionally be there. During the Savasana someone left and it totally ruined my ending, but "c'est la vie"

Voir tous les avisMy first class was the women-only “Booty” class. I appreciate that they offer a women-only class. It was a tough workout, and Blaire was very open about how to modify or reach out to her if I needed help. She definitely makes a newbie feel more comfortable.
