Voir tous les avisCoaches Xinyi and Ken are the best! There were quite a few moves that were new to me - barbell hip thrusts, deadlifts as I don’t do much weights and or go to the gym. Xinyi and Ken are always really helpful and intentional about guiding us on the right posture so we don’t injure ourselves and are working the right muscles.
