Voir tous les avisGreat functional gym, clean and well laid out. Jen was welcoming, explained the circuit movements, played excellent music. Other class members seem like regulars and were friendly. Definitely challenging and adaptable to whatever level you’re at. 6am workout would let me get back in time to drive my kid to school and head in to work. This could be a great routine to get into (plus no traffic to worry about and easy to park at that hour!)
