Voir tous les avisGigi’s class is the best! The yoga parts of class are grounding and relaxing, focused on deep breathing, while the cardio part is fun and energizing. I didn’t think I could ever do cardio in a hot studio but Gigi’s positive attitude/amazing playlist gets me through it and I actually enjoy it! I always feel great after class. I definitely recommend it!
