Florin pushes us to a max with the right tone and explains all the choreographies in a clear way. It’s not just a super great workout for toning etc. but also a happy place for everything in regards to mental wellbeing :).

Voir tous les avisThis was my first time in this gym at Bike & Beats with Zoe. I enjoyed the class a lot, the instructor was super nice and friendly, helped me understand the logic and keep up throughout the class, and the workout was super intense!

Voir tous les avisThe gym itself it bang for buck, a bit busy but nothing extraordinary for peak time. However, the sign in process was a nightmare as it requires a code. The reception person had no idea where the code was and kept saying I should have received an email from them, which I hadn’t. Eventually we found the code hidden in the class pass confirmation email. After 10 minutes I was finally able to enter the gym.
