The way she explained everything clicked in my brain and made so much sense. It was such a fun and challenging class, and I never got bored. Easily one of the best Pilates classes I’ve taken in a while.

Carolina brought great energy to the class, and you can tell she loves what she does. She offered modifications as well as more challenging options, making it a great workout for everyone.
