Voir tous les avisWas very pleasantly surprised! When I walked in it seemed a bit intimidating but then all the trainers came and said hello and showed me around. Trainers didn’t make me feel silly, asked about all my postpartum issues and guided me throughout , didn’t want me topush myself too hard so as not to injure myself. People are so friendly, mostly women of all ages, even 70yo! And I made a mum friend. There’s a great playroom/ crèche weekdays 9.30 for $7, the supervisor was so sweet and held my baby. I feel I will make progress at this gym unlike other gyms, with lots of support. Will be back!
