I’m coming off of an ankle injury and I can’t (don’t feel comfortable) jumping just yet. That makes the class for all levels!! Prepare to sweat!!!

I usually just do the Strength class on Thursdays, but this was a great change of pace and I got to work out all the muscles I forgot I had - whoops! This class is perfect for the Pilates Princesses and Barre Babes that like a little extra cardiotastic umph to get their day started. All those smaller muscles are really gonna feel the burn 🔥 Highly recommend!

Between the throwback songs I forgot I loved and the variety of the workouts themselves, the time flew by! The staff was super friendly and welcoming to newcomers and the space was really nice. Voir tous les avisMatt is absolutely amazing! He’s so accommodating and clearly explains everything so even if you’re new (like me!) it’s not too difficult to follow along. He will also bop about the room and help you with your form and with the reformer. That being said, I do have a fair amount of experience in classes, so I didn’t feel too out of my element. But back to Matt… his energy is amazing and he makes you feel great even when your legs or your arms are jiggling like crazy!! Thanks again Matt! I’m so sore and happy today 😂

Only complaint was when she said at the end of class she only teaches a handful of classes week. Will definitely be going back to her classes.

Voir tous les avisLiv is a fantastic instructor! It was my first time taking a class with her and she introduced herself and asked if I had any mobility issues. I love when instructors ask that upfront and then offer modifications throughout. My core is high-key trash so I defo did some modifications because this strength and sweat class is tough, but in the absolute best way! Love this studio because sometimes the instructors bring their dogs and they’re so cute and calming. Just wish the classes didn’t always fill up so quickly so I could come more often 😅

The studio is spacious with lots of natural light coming in from the sunroof (lovely bonus). It is quite a drive from where I live so I might try out the Medford branch next time.

For example, “fast run is 6 to 8” or whatever it is because I honestly shut my brain off and don’t want to have to remember what the range is for sprint vs jog vs run vs fast run while I’m doing it

Voir tous les avisLOVED today’s class! It was an intimate group with 4 riders and Jarred’s energy was unmatched 🤩 it was like our own little Pride concert and I’m obsessed. I was having so much fun singing and riding I didn’t even realize I burned 450 calories. Highly recommend this studio, especially in the summer time where the classes are small but the hype is HUGE.

I liked that the rounds were split up between floor/circuit training and the monitors were really helpful for when that listening comprehension doesn’t kick in until the pre-workout does. Kevin was an awesome coach - he was high energy, had good music, and I liked that he walked around to help with technique during the bag rounds.
