    Leon is my favorite instructor in Boston and in all the cities where I’ve been to Soul. His classes are accessible for first timers, he is so helpful and kind with getting everyone set up in the beginning, but also super challenging if you’re an advanced rider and want to put on heavy resistance or do fast runs. He’s very encouraging of whatever experience you want to have in class! 10/10 would recommend.

    I hadn’t been to JpCentre yoga for a while since my favorite instructor left, but I’m so glad I came this Saturday to Johnathan’s class! From beginning to end his series was immaculate. He started off with breath work, used smart and simple cues throughout the practice to lead an educated and challenging flow. The music was gentle and his voice was strong. We ended with a quiet Savasana and communal OM. This class was exactly what I needed on a Saturday morning to connect with my body and mind for the weekend! I’ll definitely be back for Johnathan’s class. 10/10 recommend
