    F45 is a fun and challenging workout! Lily was SO helpful, walking me through the exercises ahead of class and providing modifications and lower weights when I needed them.     I liked the class and felt like I got a great workout out of it! However, because it was my first class it was a bit hard to follow when switching stations so quickly/constantly. I also felt that the equipment wasn’t super clean because you’re essentially sharing it with everyone all class and nothing is being wiped down between stations.

    Great workout, but definitely not for beginners or really anyone who hasn’t been working out for years and knows perfect form for all exercises and how to modify them should not take this class. Everyone in the class seemed to be an athlete except for 2 people. This class is basically orange theory- you follow a video of an exercise on the screens and move to different stations

    Class is going to be hard for beginners because the instructors talk fast during the whole class - and you have to be able to think ahead for the next move and not miss a que. However, Coach Molly is extremely helpful and does her best to call out your name during class for motivation, and comes over and helps you as needed… It is a challenge, but a good one!     Hardest yoga class of my life. I’d never done a class like this before and the reviews are right. I had to step out a couple times bc the heat and I definitely almost passed out but I’ll be back. I felt so calm and still after the class but I went in the AM and all I wanted to do was nap after lol. Will definitely be coming back for a night HOT 26 class. I’m an insomniac and think I might’ve found the class to exhaust and calm me enough to sleep.

    Lovely space and instructor. However, no real hands on corrections as she just sat in front of the room to demonstrate, did not walk around. It seemed like a good class for a beginner to reformer or someone who wants slow stretching, but was not advanced enough for me (or even for the rest of the class it seemed). Would go back to the studio if I knew it would be more a intense exercise.

Different technique used which may be beneficial for those who aren’t too flexible and have problems with their back or hips so she uses creative ways of the blocks and postures (extra cushion) to manage different poses that require some flexibility. It’s more on the slow movements type of class to keep in mind. I think she’s new. One thing I’d like to add is if she dims the lights & music toward the end of the class to set the mood for shavasana, other than that, it was an enjoyable relaxing class. :)
