There was a lot of construction right outside the studio door, but the instructor did a great job keeping calm and focused which helped me do the same. I returned for a 60-minute signature massage. Ada did an AMAZING job. She skillfully covered my whole body, from my toes to my scalp, within the hour. She consistently checked in with me during the massage to ensure that I was comfortable during the experience—whether I needed more or less pressure and if the temperature of the hot towel was okay. The deep pressure felt incredible, and I felt the knots melting off my body. I was so relaxed that I almost walked out of the spa wearing their indoor slides (they were quick to stop me) 😂 Ada is an amazing masseuse. She is so sweet and would check in with me here and there to see if she was applying enough pressure or not. She really worked out the kinks in my shoulder blades and went over areas near my lower back that needed extra tlc. i forgot a hair tie coming in but that was no issue because she just put a towel over my head. She did some gentle Swedish style work and then switched to her feet and cracked my back in 3 places in quick succession. Amazing tension relief! The rest of the massage was just as great and she really worked out my knots. Sometimes it’s hard to find a masseuse that gives consistently firm pressure, so I will definitely be returning here! Parking was also easy in the lot next to it.
