I also felt that the equipment wasn’t super clean because you’re essentially sharing it with everyone all class and nothing is being wiped down between stations.

I had to step out a couple times bc the heat and I definitely almost passed out but I’ll be back. I felt so calm and still after the class but I went in the AM and all I wanted to do was nap after lol. Will definitely be coming back for a night HOT 26 class. I’m an insomniac and think I might’ve found the class to exhaust and calm me enough to sleep.

It seemed like a good class for a beginner to reformer or someone who wants slow stretching, but was not advanced enough for me (or even for the rest of the class it seemed).
