It’s a clean environment & the wax she uses doesn’t pull on your skin. I am pretty hairy but Paula is very thorough and left my skin super smooth. She has a lot of great add-on services too that I will be returning to try out. Book with Paula - you will thank me later! :)

Voir tous les avisI got an option between a relax massage (not deep tissue) and exfoliate. I chose massage and got Peter who did a really good job. But when I went to tip he kept demanding 20%. I looked at what ClassPass says the retail price is ($150) and believe I got the 60 min relax massage which is significantly less ($80). A tip should always be optional, and I felt that the job was well done, but no one should be pressured into leaving more of a tip.

You can tell she really customizes the appointment based on your skin type! For example, I have a ton of blackheads on my nose, and Iris was able to target those with a specialized treatment. She even set me up with a custom everyday skin care routine! I definitely recommend her services based on my first appointment results and her expertise in general - I’ll definitely be back!

I’ve been trying to resolve with them since my appointment on Wed (it’s now Sunday). I would NOT recommend booking with classpass - such a pain!
