Everything was perfect about this class. I usually think twice about going to solid core I love the work out but hate the screaming part.

The entire team was extremely welcoming from the moment we arrived and created such a positive atmosphere. One of the highlights was that they allowed us to bring our dog, and he had an amazing time playing while we worked out.
