Second of all the instructor was so nice and commutative throwout the whole session I loved it soooo much the place parking is a bit different but I don’t mind as long as I get a space the room is a bit smaller than what I’m used to but it’s okay it seemed like everyone knew what they were doing but I wouldn’t recommend coming in late 10/10 experience and also instructor even tho there was a sub

Voir tous les avisVeronica was an amazing instructor: super encouraging, attentive, and great at offering modifications when needed without making anyone feel intimidated. She created such a positive, motivating atmosphere and kept the class flowing smoothly from start to finish. Also, her playlist was SUCH a vibe, I especially appreciated the Spanish songs mixed in throughout class. It made the energy even better. If you’re looking for an intense but rewarding workout with a great instructor and welcoming environment, I highly recommend taking Veronica’s class!
