Voir tous les avisCharlotte's an amazing teacher, I just wish they'd turn the mats to face the mirrors like the Kemptown studio so that you can actually get the technique and movements correct. Even the teacher turns to the mirror to do a move, so just have us all aligned.

The session was challenging in a good way and I felt supported throughout, regardless of ability level. I left feeling stronger, stretched out, and refreshed.
