She reminded me about the reason we practise yoga, to be present and focused, ending with a lovely short, seated meditation. This is was a genuine slow flow, strong yet peaceful. Rayne is a true professional, down to earth, no fluff, just a human sharing her wealth of knowledge.

Voir tous les avisLove the class but heard the timetable is changing :( 9.30am is the perfect time to get a workout in straight after school drop. With the class beginning at 9am instead will make it tricky especially as there will be very little parking available in the area due to local schools.
