I also appreciated the mention of right and left, it was very helpful to me personally. I would just suggest Inertia to note that although mats and blocks are provided you can bring your own.

I really appreciated having both pre and post-shower facilities, which made the whole experience feel so refreshing and clean. The room had such a calming atmosphere with incense and a soft salt lamp glow—it was pure bliss. I left feeling completely relaxed and rejuvenated. Can’t wait to go back!
