    It was my first time with Jasmine and I really enjoyed her class. She was very motivating, kind, explained and demonstrated all exercises in detail, and I loved the whole class - it was a low impact low intensity whole body weight training, the exercises were easy to follow, and you can choose the weights that you want to work with, hence it suits everyone’s abilities. The studio itself is super nice, love the dark vibe, clean posh shower and toilet. Highly recommended studio, class and trainer!

    Always the best spin class! Rachel is so sweet but pushes you to 100% effort, whilst keeping you super distracted with choreo and encouragement! Playlists are fab, from Natasha Bedingfield to Jai Ho haha :) not an easy class, but I look forward to it every Tuesday 😌

    That was such a good experience! as somone who loves lifting but hates busy gyms I was able to have a really amazing workout. The instructions to get there and how to get in if no one’s there are really clear. Will defo be back !
