She constantly told people to sit if they couldn't go fast enough! I am not a beginner and I felt like I was being stared and pointed at if I wanted to get up! What happened to modifying, or trying so you can get better, or it being your journey! Also playlist was lame house music.

There was nothing wrong with the class’ form (it was regular rumble training class, a good one) and I think it was due to his personal physical condition. Everything is so thought out that it pushes you hard but always to the point where you can finish. i have gotten significantly faster since ive started going to her classes. her strenghth is also so solid. You can trust her to give you a good time, cue everything perfectly (out of the 30+ classes I’ve taken with her she has never messed up, and never once repeated a class) and play songs that make you want to work sing and smile. I have the time of my life in her classes and she has helped me reach all my goals. She is also SO NICE AND FUNNY. THANK YOU AMINAH ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Voir tous les avisLoved this class! I’ve done hundreds of barre classes and this felt challenging in a new way. 60 minutes goes by fast! I loved the breath work at the end of class. Greer is an amazing instructor, very warm and attentive. The studio is beautiful and the front desk staff went out of their way to welcome me (it was my first time). I only wish that they had more mirrors, particularly behind the bars for taller people (I’m 5’10). I like to be able to check on my form, but in order to do that I had to be at the shorter bar and that ended up being a little uncomfortable. Most of the class was in the center of the room, so it wasn’t a major problem, but something to keep in mind if you’re tall and petty like me lol

Voir tous les avisEric taught one of the best Y7 and hot yoga classes I’ve ever taken. He had a great flow, great music and I sweat my body weight off, which is what I like when I go there . Sometimes the instructors don’t turn the heat up or have a challenging class. The way he explained the poses and taught the class showed how knowledgeable in yoga / group exercise, and how much he loved teaching. That class. I will definitely be back to take his class!

If you've never been here before, I recommend checking out the exercises ahead of time to get the most of out your workout. Sara was attentive and provided excellent instructions and clear guidance. I have a thin yoga mat and my knees were hurting a few times during the class when we were on our knees. It’s great to be able to shower on site with provided towels, and the protein shakes made on site are great to fuel up immediately afterward. The InBody body composition scale is an awesome resource.
