Voir tous les avisThis class was really challenging for someone like me who just does yoga casually from YouTube videos lol but I really enjoyed it. There were only 2 of us in the class so it felt very intimate and the instructor was extremely helpful with correcting form and encouraging me to push myself. I also just loved the vibe of the studio, it was very clean and I felt very calm in the space. I’d definitely come back to this class!
