If you've never been here before, I recommend checking out the exercises ahead of time to get the most of out your workout. Sara was attentive and provided excellent instructions and clear guidance. Abs and glutes are still suffering. 10/10

Voir tous les avisI think this was a harder starter50 class than the previous 2 I did. I think the instructor could do a slightly better job at showing the exercises before people doing them. I was fine because I already did 2 classes, but without it I would be fairly confused. But nothing that can’t be managed by looking around and seeing what other people are doing. Otherwise, as usual a great fun workout that brings a lot of energy.

Faster paced than open level and really killer core workout - the trapeze series is so good and so killer every time. You get to move and use the reformer in ways that challenge body and mind. However there is usually at least one person in class who is inexperienced and that holds the class up. If you are a beginner, this is not the class for you. I suggest reading the description of the class before booking to ensure you are signing up for the appropriate class.

Great class for a beginner, but it will be hard (it’s slightly slower than the full body class and much lighter with no music — music would be very helpful here because it allows me to focus on something else). Room needs a temperature adjustment because it was way too cold; since there’s no pre class stretching, the temperature in this room is dangerous as your body never fully warms up & this is especially true in beginner classes. I’ve never been to a workout class where it was this cold. Hope this changes! Talented instructor but the ambiance could use some adjustments.

Voir tous les avisSO HAPPY Solidcore is open late, I wasn’t feeling too great and really needed to train… it was my first time at this location and meeting Alex. He was upbeat, well aware of everyone’s movements, always walking around correcting us to make sure we were well positioned (which I appreciated bc I wasn’t doing it right 🫢). He kept saying everybody’s names which I think was a great idea: it kept everybody very engaged and letting them know he was having an eye on them. Encouraging everyone. We had newbies and he was not letting them give up! Great trainer, happy motivating, and contagious upbeat positive energy. 🫶🏻

If you’re a beginner you may not be able to follow the cues but the instructor was amazing and demonstrated everything and corrected. She did talk the whole time but I loved it. Kept everything very alert for me!

I wouldn't suggest them if you are new to the reformer, even if you're in very good shape, because they are technically challenging and require some knowledge of how to safely stand or use the machine. BUT if you are comfortable with the reformer, her classes are, in words of Mr. Pookie,*fire*.

Her style was unique and although i’ve taken pilates classes many times before, I was glad I learned some new moves from her. :) I love that the studio is on the ground floor & with natural light shining in. They have extra workout tools like Tennis sized balls, Bala weight bars & Bala Power Ring to enhance your workout. I’m interested in seeing how each teacher will incorporate them in their classes. Will definitely be back again!

I personally thought the temp was perfect. I was dripping sweat but still able to get through all the moves without feeling like I was going to pass out. Great playlist too will definitely be back!

Voir tous les avisIt was my first time at Bombshell Pilates and I was warmly welcomed. My instructor, Lynda, was extremely knowledgeable and experienced but also very kind. It was a very useful and productive class because she really focuses on form and technique so you execute the movements correctly. I learned a lot and felt a difference! You get a lot of individual attention because of the small class size which is critical to progress. I will definitely be coming back and I recommend the studio and Lynda to people who want to learn correct form and technique.
