Voir tous les avisFirst time taking this class and absolutely loved it. It was a combo of floor work and the sauna. Really focusing on your breath and incorporating it into the movement. It’s a great class to take on a Sunday to get you ready for the week ahead!

Voir tous les avisI had a great time in this class! I love the pattern of switching between the rowing machine and core exercises—it keeps things interesting and challenging. The instructor is so passionate and encouraging. I felt motivated throughout the whole class, and it was a great workout. Definitely looking forward to the next one!

Voir tous les avisThis was one of my favorite classes I've ever done at Row House. Will gave lots of instruction up front, I'm assuming there were some first timers there--seemed like it would be a great class/instructor for a beginner (and still quite challenging for someone who rows semi regularly). Will was fun and energetic throughout, and really pushed us. Excellent class. Oh, and the music was ON POINT.
