Voir tous les avisI wasn’t sure what to expect but enjoyed the class - Meghan didn’t call out specific speeds like in a Barry’s class but let us pick speed based on exertion levels and previewed how long we’d be maintaining that speed (ie 90 seconds to 4 minutes). Did not love the flashing lights during class in the background but that’s just my preference. Playlist was unique and transitioned between hip hop, 90s rock, 2000s hits, a little EDM. While I’m mostly an outdoor runner I can see myself doing a class in the winter to prep for a race since

I love how the playlist perfectly matched the intensity of the workout. If you’re looking for a challenging and rewarding experience, I highly recommend it!

Voir tous les avisKatie Van Buren is an absolute vibe and will make you actually love running (I’m dead serious). I’m not a runner—never have been—but after one class with her, I’m lowkey hooked on it. She has such fun playlists, super infectious energy, and somehow makes running feel like a party (again, I’m dead serious) Her vibe is very magnetic—she pushes you just enough to make you feel like a total badass, but always in the most fun, motivating way. DO HER FRIDAY MORNING 45 MIN!!! That was my first workout w her and now I can’t miss it—also never thought I could do 45 mins straight running, but here we are. If you get the chance, try it. You’ll leave with a huge smile, sense of accomplishment out the wazoo, and a seriously epic runner’s high. Katie is a legend.

Voir tous les avisComing from a fitness background, this class was so fun! Excellent cardio intervals on the treadmill and I loved the focused muscle groups on the strength/weight lifting portion. The instructor, Ben, was so inclusive and sweet and cool, with great pace and clear instructions, I can’t say enough good things about him!! Great class, great studio space, the girl at the front desk was super helpful as well.

Voir tous les avisI don’t come regularly but every time I make it to class it’s always motivating and fun and 45 minutes though brutal at times go by very fast. If managment reads the comments can I suggest a sticky mat at the door so people who don’t change shoes can’t at least get some sidewalk / subway / bathroom filth off their shoes since many exercises require us on our forearms and hands.

Voir tous les avisI hadn’t been in a year or until tonight and this class is still GREAT. You can go at your own pace and it’s still fun and challenging. They had a little issue with the mic where the songs went almost silent when the instructor talked. I do like the constant coaching but I wonder if there’s a way to keep the music up more while they speak.

Definitely a bit overwhelmed (and should have had the coffee before a 6 am class) but Lee and others were very welcoming and patient.
