I requested a “soft” massage, with cupping, but the therapist gave me a much stronger one because I was so tight. The cupping was fantastic. The upsell on the CBD oil was expensive, but I got it since I was paying through ClassPass & they were offering a discount for the holidays. Likely wouldn’t pay for the upgraded oil of booking directly. Will definitely book future sauna/massage/cupping sessions again.

I had planned to tip that amount because it’s what ClassPass had suggested and it is 20% of the service so it makes sense but it sort of sets a bad tone to tell somebody what the “minimum” expected tip is before you’ve even performed the service.

I had a lot of confusion the day because the therapist wasn’t there and they were really nice and rescheduled me, I had complications with parking and was a few minutes late and they only honored the 60 minutes from the scheduled time , not arrival time.
