I really appreciated when the instructor told us which muscle we were working bc some of the movements were pretty unfamiliar and I wasn’t sure what I was supposed to be feeling. Overall I really feel like the instructor made this a great experience and I’d love to go back!

Voir tous les avisCirilo was great. He pushed me, and was also very funny. He was able to make modifications for my needs. At times, he was a bit harsher than I needed for kickboxing, felt more personal trainer-like. But, the workout was a great one. The only reason it was 4 starts was due to the lack of cleaning the equipment. That is a bit of a concern. We washed out hands, but didn't clean off the equipment we used. This is a bit concerning.
