Voir tous les avisAMAZING! This was such a cool gym. The inside has everything a regular strength training gym would have (possibly some specialty pieces of equipment). Then they have a big outside turf area with lanes, strength training machines, cardio machines and free weights. They held the class even though I was the only one who signed up, INCREDIBLE! And my trainer was Hunter. I felt like he got to know me and pushed me in a way I felt comfortable with. I would HIGHLY recommend this gym and I plan to go back.

It wasn’t about rushing through the workout or cramming in as much as possible like so many other studios do. The pace made me feel more connected to each movement, and I left feeling centered. I also got a beautiful ring from their gift shop. I’ll be back.

I had a great class with Alina teaching the Arabic basics. I used to belly dance professionally with a troupe 10 years ago and I still learned so much about muscle control and isolations.
