Voir tous les avisLauren was so much fun! Her commentary and direction during the class was not only helpful but also entertaining and encouraging. She had a great sense of humor and when you’re burning like that it is most definitely helpful! I will say I was a little confused walking into my first class only because the front desk woman didn’t do anything to direct me at all & so I walked into the wrong room since I had never been in before. I also didn’t know how to position myself in the room. BUT lauren made my experience go from a 5 to a 10! I will be back.
