Voir tous les avisA great space, electric energy, amazing instructor, Tia, who poured energy into introducing herself (like a ray of sunshine) to all of the beginners, and ensuring that we had a great session by listening to our bodies (not over exerting) and taking a seat whenever we need to. Such an amazing experience, and I easily vibed to the music! The workout itself was great and energetic and there was a palpable vibe in the room!

Voir tous les avisThe normal instructor was ill and I didn’t know until I showed up that the class was changed from Yoga to a ‘handstand workshop’! Granted the new instructor did try to do the right thing and notify me of the change in advance and had emailed me the day before. Unfortunately with less than 24hr notice I didn’t see the email, otherwise I would not have attended, as a handstand class was not what I was looking for and was challenging on my postpartum body. Everyone was quite friendly and welcoming but this was just not what I was looking for and not my preferred style of exercise. An athletic stretch class would have been a preferable swap.
