The workout was great (kicked my butt, and so fun), the people were super friendly and welcoming, and the owner/trainer (Coach Brandon) has a true skill for hospitality. I felt immediately welcomed, received personalized attention on my form, and had a great time. Will be back!

Voir tous les avisAmazing coaches. You have some serious boxers here training. If that isn’t motivation enough the music and drills will get you. I lost 560 calories in one session. It was not easy but if this 42 year old can do it then so can you. Nonetheless I felt comfortable and well informed through out the whole class.
