If you want a place to release all your stress and have a good workout, this is the one. Chase had an awesome energy.

I would just keep in mind it’s a very intimate class setting and there is no music or anything! I like it but if you want something more up beat I would not recommend. Personally I enjoy the calmness of the studio for a Sunday workout!

This class is a challenge and always makes me work, but it's very scalable to your level of ability and fitness. There are people of all ages and levels of ability in this class which is really nice to see.

Ivy also gave me an amazing pedicure with a great food massage after. I was the last in the salon and was not rushed one bit. Everyone was so nice, sweet, and made sure I had a great service. It has been 2 weeks since my apt and I have no lifting what so ever on my nails and no chipping. This is by far the best nail salons on class pass!
